A 15-year-old boy was shot Sunday evening in the Austin neighborhood on the West Side.

The teenager was standing outside about 5:15 p.m. in the 5000 block of West Division when he heard shots ring out and realized he’d been struck in the foot, police said.

He walked into West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park, where he was listed in good condition, police said.
