A man was shot in the foot Sunday morning in the South Side Washington Park neighborhood.

The shooting happened in the 5600 block of South Wabash about 5:15 a.m., police said.

The 36-year-old man was taken to Saint Bernard Hospital, where his condition stabilized, police said.
