Jacobs boys basketball coach Jimmy Roberts described his team’s offensive execution as “on and off” in the early stages of Tuesday night’s Fox Valley Conference Valley Division game against Cary-Grove.

The Golden Eagles held a slim, two-point margin at halftime, but came out of the locker room and executed their gameplan more efficiently in the second half en route to a 47-43 FVC Valley victory on the road.
