Jacobs scrapes past Cary-Grove

Jacobs boys basketball coach Jimmy Roberts described his team’s offensive execution as “on and off” in the early stages of Tuesday night’s Fox Valley Conference Valley Division game against Cary-Grove.

The Golden Eagles held a slim, two-point margin at halftime, but came out of the locker room and executed their gameplan more efficiently in the second half en route to a 47-43 FVC Valley victory on the road.
