Lanes on the 63rd Street Bridge over the Dan Ryan will be closed every night for ten months, starting Monday.

Work on the bridge was rescheduled to begin Monday from an earlier start date, the Illinois Department of Transportation said in a statement.

The work requires full closure of the bridge until the end of October, with lane closures every night on Wentworth Avenue and Yale Street, CDOT said.

Detours will be posted. Drivers should allow extra time for travel, CDOT said.
