A man was shot while being robbed by two males Monday morning in the Irving Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

The 44-year-old was shot in the leg during a robbery about 7 a.m. in the 3600 block of North Kedzie, police said. The two suspects ran away after the shooting.

The victim was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where his condition had stabilized, police said.
