In video, ISIS says it will behead Obama in White House

Islamic State militants are setting their sights directly on President Barack Obama.

In a new video, a jihadist stands over a Kurdish soldier in the middle of the street and says ISIS will turn America into “a Muslim province.”

“Know, oh Obama, that we will reach America,” he says. “Know also that we will cut off your head in the White House and transform America into a Muslim province.”

The Daily Mail reports the soldier in the video is then beheaded (the video below does not show the execution).An warning was also issued to France and Belgium that “we will come to you with car bombs and explosive charges and will cut off your heads.”
