Stevenson bounces back on the road

Jalen Brunson scored 24 points and grabbed 8 rebounds, and Stevenson’s boys basketball team rebounded from its first loss of the season to defeat Gonzaga (Washington, D.C.) 76-70 in the Cancer Research Classic in Wheeling, W. Va., on Saturday.

Stevenson, which lost to Chaminade (Mo.) in tournament action on Friday, improved to 12-1.
