Teen girl missing from Greater Grand Crossing

Police are asking the public’s help in locating a 15-year-old girl missing from the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood on the South Side since Thursday.

Alexis Thomas is missing from the 600 block of East 71st and was last seen about 3 p.m. Thursday, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

She is described as a 5-foot-11, 250-pound black girl with brown eyes, brown hair and a medium complexion, police said. She was last seen wearing a gray jacket, blue jeans, black boots and Ray-Ban glasses.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact Area Central detectives at (312) 747-8380.
