A man died Tuesday after he was shot in the head late Sunday night in the North Lawndale neighborhood.

Marsalis Holman, 29, was shot after an argument turned physical in the 1300 block of South Kolin about 10:50 p.m. Sunday, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office. He lived on the block where he was shot.

Holman was shot in the head and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 10:52 a.m. Tuesday, according to the medical examiner’s office.
