Is California GOP Rep. Darrell Issa going to run for Senate in 2016, now that Democrat Barbara Boxer has announced she’ll be vacating the seat?

While he wouldn’t talk about his interest in aiming for the Senate, he did take a shot at Boxer, saying her seat has been ‘vacant’ since she first was elected to the Senate in 1993.

From Politico:

There’s been a vacancy for two decades, Issa said outside a men’s room near the House floor. The fact that she’s not running doesn’t change the fact it’s always been a vacant office.
