Two men were shot Tuesday morning in the Roseland neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The two men, ages 21 and 35, were standing near a vehicle in the 0-100 block of West 114th Street at 11:00 a.m. when a gold car pulled up and shot them, according to Chicago Police.

Both men were shot once in the upper leg, and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center where their conditions were stabilized, police said.

Police said victims are documented gang members.
