A 32-year-old was wounded in a drive-by shooting Wednesday afternoon in the West Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.
The man was walking in the 5700 block of South Throop at 2:35 p.m. when an SUV pulled up and someone inside fired shots, said police News Affairs Officer Thomas Sweeney.
He was shot in the arms, legs and abdomen and taken in serious condition to Stroger Hospital, Sweeney said.
