At least one mellow Chicago night is assured in the summer of 2016 as James Taylor comes to Wrigley Field.

The easygoing singer-songwriter behind such hits as “You’ve Got a Friend” and “Fire and Rain” will perform with his band June 30 at the historic ballpark, the Cubs and promoter Live Nation announced Thursday.

Fellow Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Jackson Browne will open.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Nov. 20 at Cubs.com/JamesTaylor and (800) THE-CUBS.
