A 24-year-old man was shot in the knee early Saturday in a West Englewood neighborhood drive-by attack.

Just after 4 a.m., he was walking in the 5500 block of South Winchester when someone in a dark-colored SUV opened fire, according to Chicago Police.

The man was hit in the right knee and taken to Holy Cross Hospital in good condition, police said.

The SUV took off eastbound on Garfield Boulevard, police said.
