Two men, ages 29 and 34, were shot Tuesday afternoon in the South Shore neighborhood.

About 3:10 p.m., the men were standing in the 2100 block of East 68th Street when a dark-colored vehicle pulled up and someone inside fired shots at them, according to police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala.

The 29-year-old man was shot in the arm, and the 34-year-old was shot in the leg.

Both men were taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital where their conditions were stabilized.
