Chris Sale fourth in AL Cy Young voting

White Sox ace left-hander Chris Sale finished fourth in 2015 American League Cy Young voting announced Wednesday.

Sale, 26, has finished in the top six in AL voting in each of his four seasons as a starting pitcher. He was sixth in 2012, fifth in 2013 and third in 2014.

Dallas Keuchel won the Award with 186 total votes, including 22 first place votes. David Price was second with 143 votes and the other eight first place votes. Sonny Gray was third with 82 votes, Sale had 30 votes including three third-place votes and Chris Archer was fifth with 29 votes.

Sale was 13-11 with a 3.41 ERA and an AL-best 274 strikeouts over 208 2/3 innings.
