Chicago R&B star Jeremih, who was booked on a DUI charge on his 28th birthday in July, will go on probation as part of a plea bargain in the case.

TMZ reports the “Birthday Sex” and “Planes” singer pleaded no contest to one count of reckless driving in a deal that put him on probation for two years and require him to complete an alcohol and drug ed course.

The California Highway Patrol pulled over the Morgan Park High and Columbia College grad on July 17, and he spent the night in jail.
