Two teen boys were shot in the Englewood neighborhood Tuesday night.

The teens, 15 and 16, were walking in the 7300 block of South Sangamon about 9:10 p.m. when someone in a gangway opened fire, police said.

The older boy was shot in the right cheek and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, while the younger boy was shot in the foot and taken to Comer Children’s Hospital, police said. Their conditions had both stabilized.
