Police: Man fatally shot during argument in North Lawndale

A man was shot and killed during an argument Tuesday afternoon in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side.

The 24-year-old was arguing in the 3200 block of West 15th Street about 1 p.m. with another male, who pulled out a gun and fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

The victim was shot in the head and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

The Cook County medical examiner’s office could not immediately confirm the fatality.
