Man wounded in Englewood shooting

A man walked into a South Side Hospital after he was shot in the Englewood neighborhood Tuesday night.

About 7:40 p.m., the 28-year-old was in the 7300 block of South Halsted when he heard shots ring out and felt pain, police said.

He took himself to Saint Bernard Hospital and Health Care Center with a gunshot wound to his leg police said. His condition had stabilized.
