Man shot in Humboldt Park

A man who said he was shot in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side walked into a hospital early Saturday.

The 25-year-old told investigators he was shot in the 3200 block of West Le Moyne, police said.

He walked into Norwegian American Hospital at 6:35 a.m. with a gunshot wound to the calf, police said. He was in good condition and was expected to be treated and released.

The men, 18 and 20, were in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street about 9:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored sedan and fired shots. They were hospitalized in fair condition.
