When you’re Magic Johnson, simply going out to dinner for a wedding anniversary isn’t enough.

The Hall of Fame basketball player vacationed in Monte Carlo with his wife Cookie Monday for their wedding anniversary. While there, the couple was joined by another legendary basketball player, Michael Jordan.

The notoriously salty Jordan buddied up to Johnson all night. The Lakers legend even paid Jordan the ultimate basketball compliment, calling him the “greatest basketball player that’s ever played.”

Jordan and Johnson represent two of the greatest players in the history of the game. Between them is 11 championships, eight MVP awards, nine NBA Finals MVP awards, and 26 All-Star game appearances.
