Cubs activate Jorge Soler from DL

The Cubs have activated Jorge Soler from the 15-day disabled list. Soler had been out since Aug. 24 with a strained left side.

The right fielder was rehabbing in Class A with Myrtle Beach.

Soler is batting .265 with seven home runs and 42 RBI in 90 games this season.
