A truck crashed on the ramp merging from the Tristate Tollway onto the Reagan Memorial Tollway Thursday afternoon.
The truck crashed on the I-294 northbound ramp merging onto I-88 westbound at 4:18 p.m., according to a statement from the Illinois State Police.
The truck’s load shifted and spilled onto the ramp, according to the statement.
As of 6:30 p.m., the right lane of the ramp was closed as crews cleaned up the scene of the accident, according to police.
