A man hurt in a shooting in the West Englewood neighborhood walked into a Southwest Side hospital Sunday afternoon.

The 19-year-old man told investigators he was shot in the 7200 block of South Wolcott about 1:20 p.m., according to Chicago Police.

He was shot in the left cheek and took himself to Holy Cross Hospital, police said.
