A man was shot late Friday in the South Side Oakland neighborhood.About 11:10 p.m., the 20-year-old was riding a bicycle in the 700 block of East Pershing Road when a male got out of a vehicle nearby and opened fire, according to Chicago Police.The man was shot in the right thigh and was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.A police source said the man is a documented gang member.
