Woman wounded in Englewood drive-by

A woman was shot Saturday morning in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.

The 19-year-old was standing outside on the 700 block of West 66th Place at 1:55 a.m. when a light-colored car drove by and someone inside shot her, police said.

She suffered a gunshot wound to the left thigh and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn where her condition was stabilized, police said.
