Man shot in Back of the Yards

A man was shot Tuesday afternoon in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side.

The 25-year-old was standing outside in the 5400 block of South Aberdeen about 2:25 p.m. when a car drove up and five males exited the vehicle and opened fire, according to Chicago Police.

The man was shot in the left leg and was taken in good condition to Stroger Hospital, police said.
