Teen shot in hand near Marquette Park

A 17-year-old boy was shot in the hand near Marquette Park Monday night on the Southwest Side.

He showed up at Holy Cross Hospital just before 9 p.m. and told investigators he’d been shot in the 6700 block of South Francisco, according to Chicago Police.

He was listed in good condition. The circumstances of the shooting were not immediately known.
