A 26-year-old schizophrenic man who was missing from the Northwest Side Avondale neighborhood for more than three weeks has been found safe.

Fabian Bello was last seen in the area of Wellington Avenue and Karlov Street about 7 p.m. Sept. 14, according to an alert from Chicago Police.

Police said Monday morning that Bello had been located and reunited with his family.
