A southbound lane of the Stevenson Expressway in Bolingbrook will be closed for pothole repairs until Friday afternoon.

Repairs are under way to patch a pothole in the right lane of southbound I-55 over Route 53 in Bolingbrook, according to the Illinois Department of Transportation.

The lane is expected to reopen by 3 p.m., IDOT said.
