Randolph Street bridge to close for several hours Thursday

The Randolph Street bridge over the Chicago River downtown will close for about five hours Thursday, according to the Chicago Department of Transportation.

The bridge will be closed to traffic between 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to test the electrical systems and complete routine maintenance, according to CDOT.

All vehicles will be detoured around the closure via Wacker, Madison and Canal.
