A 20-year-old man was shot late Saturday in the West Englewood neighborhood.

At 11:13 p.m., the man was discovered in an alley in the 6700 block of South Laflin with gunshot wounds to the chest and back, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, police said.

Additional details were not immediately available.

The men, 18 and 20, were in the 1800 block of West Monroe Street about 9:20 p.m. when two people got out of a light-colored sedan and fired shots. They were hospitalized in fair condition.
