A 23-year-old man was shot in the Eden Green neighborhood late Saturday on the Far South Side, according to Chicago Police.

About 11:30 p.m., he got into an argument with another person in the 13300 block of South Prairie, and as he left to get into a car, the other person shot him in the ankle, police said.

The man later showed up at MetroSouth Medical Center in Blue Island, and his condition was stabilized, police said.
