Man shot in Brainerd

A man was shot Friday afternoon in the South Side Brainerd neighborhood.

The 21-year-old was shot at 2:15 p.m. in the 9200 block of South Bishop, according to Chicago Police.

He walked into Little Company of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park, police said. Additional details, including his condition, were not immediately known Friday evening.
