A man was wounded in a shooting Wednesday night in the Morgan Park neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The 18-year-old was walking on the sidewalk at 9:49 p.m. in the 11100 block of South Aberdeen when two males walked up and fired at him, according to Chicago Police.

He was shot in the right ankle and left heel and taken to Roseland Community Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
