Man shot in Englewood

A man was shot early Saturday in the Englewood neighborhood.

About 2:43 a.m., the 26-year-old was investigating an argument in a gangway in the 5700 block of South Sangamon when someone pulled out a handgun and shot him in the foot, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Holy Cross Hospital in good condition, police said.
