A man was shot twice in both legs when he got into an argument with someone who pulled a gun at a Logan Square neighborhood house party early Saturday.

It happened about 1:20 a.m. in the 3800 block of West Palmer, according to Chicago Police.

The 23-year-old was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, and a suspect was in custody, police said.
