If you missed tonight’s Bulls game, you didn’t miss much.

Just ask Derrick Rose, who was caught yawning near the Chicago bench.

Hey, at least he wasn’t laughing this time.

With Jimmy Butler back in Chicago, the rest of the Bulls looked just as lifeless as Rose, who sat out due to what the team termed “general soreness.”

Monday night’s game marked the seventh game missed by Rose this season due to injury.

With a starting lineup that would be intimidating only in a summer league game, Chicago shot just 39 percent from the floor in a 108-91 defeat. It was their second double-digit loss to the Hornets this season.

But the Bulls’ biggest issue was their bench, which combined to shoot 13-of-42 on the night. With the loss, Chicago finished its seven-game road trip 2-5 and drops to 27-24 overall.
