A man was shot early Friday in the Eden Green neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The 20-year-old was sitting inside a vehicle about 4:30 a.m. in the 13000 block of South King Drive when someone walked up and shot him in the back and arm, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in serious condition, police said.
