Morrissey, Dee Snider, Rob Zombie, Bob Mould, The Hives, NAS and Social Distortion are among the first wave of artists for Riot Fest Chicago, it was announced today.

The all-ages festival (kids 5 and under get in free) runs Sept. 16-18 in Douglas Park, 1401 S. Sacramento. In addition to the music, festivalgoers can also partake of Riot Fest’s “rodeo” attractions/midway including games, full carnival/rides, food, beverages and more. The list of what you may and may not bring to the festival grounds is extensive. Among the event’s list of yays and nays: selfie sticks and drones (NO); strollers and blankets (YES); Donald Trump (NO); John Stamos (YES). The full list of items can be found here.

In addition, several band reunions are also on tap including The Original Misfits, Set Your Goals, The Anniversary, and Girls Against Boys.

Bands performing their quintessential albums include: Social Distortion (“White Light, White Heat, White Trash”); Rob Zombie (White Zombie’s “Astro-Creep: 2000.”); The Hold Steady (“Boys and Girls in America”).
