Man shot in South Chicago

A man was shot in the South Chicago neighborhood Friday morning.

The 33-year-old was shot in the leg just after 7 a.m. in the 8500 block of South Burley, police said.

He was taken to Saint Bernard Hospital and Health Care Center, where his condition stabilized, police said.

The man was not cooperating with investigators, police said.
