The list of 2015 James Beard Foundation Restaurant and Chef Awards official nominations was revealed today, and Chicago’s vibrant dining scene is again well-represented in the field. The 25th annual awards will be presented on May 4 at the Civic Opera House (the first time they’re being held outside New York City).
