Man hurt in Chicago Lawn drive-by shooting

A man was hurt in a drive-by shooting Monday afternoon in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The 24-year-old man was standing outside in the 3000 block of West 66th Street at 12:34 p.m. when shots were fired from a passing vehicle, according to Chicago Police.

He was shot in the hip and taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition stabilized, police said.
