A man was shot multiple times Wednesday morning in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The shooting happened in the 600 block of South Saint Louis Avenue about 11:50 a.m., according to Chicago Police.

The 27-year-old man was shot in the torso and also suffered a graze wound to the face, police said. He was being treated at the scene and his condition wasn’t immediately known.
