Man shot in arm in Austin

A man was shot Thursday morning in the West Side Austin neighborhood.

The shooting happened at 9:07 a.m. in the 400 block of North Laramie, according to Chicago Police.

The 20-year-old man was shot in the arm, and was taken to Stroger Hospital, police said. Additional details weren’t immediately available.
