Three found dead in northwest Indiana home

Authorities are conducting a homicide investigation after three people were found dead Sunday night in a home in northwest Indiana.

About 8 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a man bleeding at a home in the 11400 block of North CR 250 West in Sumava Resorts, according to a statement from the Newton County coroner’s office.

Three people, two men and a woman, were found dead inside the home, according to police.

The coroner’s office, Newton County sheriff’s police and Indiana State Police responded.

Autopsies are scheduled for Monday.
