A south suburban Olympia Fields man died in a crash Tuesday afternoon in Kankakee County.

Larry Rodgers Jr., 37, was driving a 2002 Mazda Tribute north on I-57 near Manteno at 2:24 p.m. when the car went off the highway and flipped, according to a statement from Illinois State Police.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
