Two men shot in Portage Park

Two men were shot Tuesday evening in the Northwest Side Portage Park neighborhood.

The victims, 25 and 30, were each shot in the leg about 6:40 p.m. in the 4800 block of West Patterson, according to Chicago Police.

They were taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where their conditions were stabilized, police said.
