A man who says he was hit by a CTA bus while “riding his motorized wheelchair” on the Southwest Side a year ago filed suit Friday against the public transit agency.

The suit filed by James Harris says he was hit by the bus on Sept. 28, 2015, on South Damen Avenue near South Archer Avenue.

A CTA spokeswoman wouldn’t comment.
